| Gale considers telling Ayn just what happend to Bianca back in New Myria. He decieds not to. Their alliance was like thin ice. Besides, he saw what happend when she found out that he had killed her mother. He wasn't about to repeat the incident. "I take it he knows." He sticks his thumb toward Zander. |

Rose snaps her head in Karakuri's direction. She leaves Fury and runs over to her. "What's wrong are you okay? You don't look good...but I can't do anything! FURY!"

Rikali curses and rages in a strange tounge, unable to move her injured leg. She glares at Gale's back. "Damn bastard. Can't let him go...I don't trust him. He's lying...Dammit!" She slowly begins after Ayn and Gale, grinning when she overhears the "annoying bitch part."

Finally, the contingent of Kyushin's troops is cut down until just one man is left standing. Oddly enough, the man throws down his weapon and tightens the grip on his torch. As every soldier had been ordered to do were they to become the last man standing, he removes a small package from his back and raises the torch to it. Each man had been given a package of high-explosive material, mostly gunpowder, wrapped in leather. It would serve a dual purpose, and only one would set his off with his own hands.
The realization of what's about to happen never has the time to set in. In an instant, the entire battlefield is leveled by a wave of explosions, each bomb set off by the last. |

Rikali ignores Gale, Ayn, and the throbbing pain in her leg. She instead sees Katayk, leaning over the rail of a sail boat-their sail boat-his white shirt whipping in the wind. She sees herself joining him and staring at the beautiful island in the tropical waters they will call home soon. She turns her head and sees Rose, playing with dolls, not swords. "Peace..."
Rikali gives a large sigh and opens her eyes to reality. To her side, her most hated enemy. Always present, the gleaming yellow eyes. Pain in her leg, arm, head. Cold steel in her hand. A life of blood. Her shoulders sag unhappily. |

Nyx was the one seeking Ranna. "THAT SON OF A BITCH!"
Seraphus disappears in a flash of light as explosions erupt across the fortress and light up the sky. Some soldiers escape but most are killed in firey explosions. Seraphus curses Kyushin. "The clever bastard. He was smarter then I thought..." |

Zander closed his eyes and a blue light started to forum around everyone. It was outing a lot of stress on Zander but he did it anyway. Soon They where within 20 yards of Fury.
